Matthew McInteer is a litigation attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. His practice is concentrated on business and commercial litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, and personal injury. Matthew’s litigation experience includes a wide variety of commercial dispute and professional liability matters, as well as specialized cases involving hospitality, environmental and regulatory compliance, commercial real estate, financial services, medical malpractice, and motor vehicle accidents.

Additionally, Matthew has assisted clients in intellectual property matters involving trademark registration and purchase issues. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Matthew was previously a litigation attorney Bass, Berry & Sims and at Waller, Lansden, Dortch & Davis, both in Nashville, Tennessee.

Matthew received his Bachelor of Science Degree Lipscomb University in 1999. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2003. He is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. Matthew has served as a project coordinator for Habitat for Humanity, overseeing fundraising, recruitment, and construction, and taught high school English at Szentes Gimnázium, in Szentes, Hungary. Matthew is a Nashville native who is married with three children and enjoys triathlon in his spare time.
